I was hired as a private teacher by the parents of a young girl named Helen, who, as an infant, was stricken with a serious illness and rendered deaf, blind and mute. The Captain and his wife were at a loss as to what to do with their daughter. They catered to her every whim, and were frightened by her frequent temper tantrums. Distraught, they sent for me to see what I could do.
I arrived at the home of my new pupil to find that I had just embarked upon the greatest challenge of my life. Helen was as wild as the wind that carries the howls of wolves in the night. For months, I tried to calm her feral spirit and to teach her that everything she felt and sensed had a name-- that there was a word for everything. I spelled these words into her small hand three hundred times a day. "Spandex...dream catcher..., tube socks..." but she never seemed to make a connection. Her parents were frustrated by her lack of progress, and decided to end my employment.
On my last day, I decided to make a last-ditch effort to get through to this small, lost girl-- to enter the dark and silent world that she inhabited and pull her out into the light. I took the Three Wolf Moon cotton tee-shirt from the bottom of my steamer trunk and slipped it over Helen's head. It was a gift from a former suitor, and though I'd never worn it, I carried it with me everywhere, along with his love letters and a flask of Gilbey's gin.
Immediately upon donning the tee-shirt, I could see an amazing change come over Helen. There was a sparkle in her sightless eyes as she reached for my palm and signed, "W-O-L-F." Her lifelong silence was broken as she croaked out the word.
Breathlessly, I put her tiny hand against my cheek and nodded. She began stumbling around the yard, pointing to various objects, her fingers frantically spelling each and every one. "Tree!" "Wheelbarrow!" "Flowers!" We ran to the pump and sparkling water flowed over her hands. "W-A-T-E-R." We were both overcome with immense joy, knowing that her life was forever changed. Helen could communicate.
As we sat breathlessly in the grass, glowing with satisfaction, her parents ran from the house to see what all the commotion had been about. Helen gleefully pointed to her tee-shirt and signed, "Three Wolf Moon." The Captain and Mrs. Keller looked puzzled, but my student and I just smiled.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for offering this amazing product, which has changed a young girl's life forever. It is indeed a miracle worker.

I live at the bottom of a hill near a school. Because of said hill, cars frequently go flying by. By simply wearing this idyllic gift from the heavens, cars will slow down drastically just to bask in its radiance for a few more seconds.

Blessed is the word for my feeling right now as I gleefully adorn my wonderful amazing birthday gift from my thoughtful girlfriend. No my birthday gift was not a new car. Nor was my birthday gift cake, but this wonderful Canis Lupis times III fashion statement. Not only can I officially turn 30 now, but I can join the adult wolf pack. No longer will my life be full of submission and empty "pawed" hunts. Now I shall howl among the elite and the bountiful. I shall eat my fill and be on top of the pack. My life is now made. Not because of my age and my achievements, but because I now own a three wolf T-shirt of my very own.
